Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. The following items are not eligible for return:
- Any item reported after 14 days from the delivery date
- Any item showing signs of use
- Any item that has been intentionally damaged
- Any item returned without prior notice or after a return request has been denied by our Customer Service Team
Return Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Amount: Original shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable, as these are paid directly to the delivery carrier or local authorities.
Liability Disclaimer: House of B is not responsible for any loss, damage, or other issues that may occur during the return shipment process.
Return Process
Notify Us: Contact our Customer Service Team to submit your return request, including detailed information (item, reason, and quantity). Wait for approval before shipping your return. *Important: Returns sent without prior notice or approval may not be accepted.
Packing the Return: Include the following information inside your return package: Full Name / Order Number / Email Address.
*Important: All related gifts must be returned along with the purchased items. Missing gifts may delay or invalidate your refund.

Return Confirmation: After sending your return, please provide your delivery tracking number and a list of returned products.
Inspection: Returned items will be inspected by our fulfillment center to confirm item condition and quantity. This process may take 7–10 business days, and we appreciate your patience.
Refund Process: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refund Policy
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Any issues with damaged or incorrect items must be reported to our Customer Service Team within 14 days of receipt.
Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us with photos and details of the issue.
We’ll review your case and assist you if damage or defect is confirmed.
Free Gift Eligibility:
Free gifts are offered for qualifying orders that meet the minimum purchase amount (USD) after discounts but before shipping fees and taxes.
If an additional discount lowers your total below the qualifying threshold, the free gift may be automatically removed.
This change might not appear immediately on your checkout page or order confirmation.
We are unable to offer reships or refunds for gift removals caused by discounts.
However, if your qualified free gift was missing due to a packaging or inventory error, we will issue a coupon for your next purchase as compensation.
Lost Packages:
House of B does not provide compensation for lost shipments unless the delivery carrier confirms an error.
Clear evidence must be provided, and the carrier must acknowledge responsibility.
Submitting false delivery claims may result in further action.
Stolen Packages:
Once a package has been marked delivered, House of B and the delivery service are not responsible for theft.
Incorrect Delivery Information / Inability to Contact Recipient:
If your order cannot be delivered due to an incomplete or incorrect address, or if the delivery carrier is unable to contact you, no refund or reshipment will be issued.
Please ensure that your phone number, email, and full address (including apartment, unit, or access codes) are accurate and that you are available to receive delivery notifications.
If you encounter delivery issues, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible.
As we operate in a different time zone, communication with local couriers may take some time.
In the meantime, we recommend contacting your local DHL office directly using the tracking number provided.
Customs Tax Payment Refusal:
Customers are fully responsible for all customs taxes, import duties, and related fees (including administrative or storage charges).
Since policies vary by country, please contact your local customs office for details.
House of B cannot issue refunds for orders returned or refused due to unpaid customs charges.
Shipping Delays:
As noted in our Shipping Policy, deliveries may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as severe weather, customs inspections, or logistics disruptions.
House of B is not responsible for such delays and cannot refund shipping fees or order totals in these cases.
Price Adjustments:
Product prices may change during promotional periods or sales.
We cannot offer price adjustments for orders placed before or after such events.
Hazardous Goods:
Each country has its own policies regarding hazardous materials.
House of B is not responsible for informing customers of these regulations.
Please consult your local customs office to confirm whether your product is classified as hazardous before placing your order.
Termination of Agreements and Refund Policy:
Both the customer and House of B reserve the right to terminate any service agreement for any reason, including those already in progress.
Refunds will not be issued for services that have already begun or are considered completed.
Any refundable amounts for unused services will be processed at the sole discretion of House of B, limited to the order amount in dispute.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed, and are typically processed within 1–7 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Force Majeure:
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control — including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
The affected party must notify the other promptly and make all reasonable efforts to resume performance.
