  • Shipping Fee: Flat rate of $6.00 USD ($10.00 for Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii)
  • FREE Shipping: Orders of $50 USD or more (flat rate, calculated after discounts and before regional taxes)

Order Processing

Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed before your DHL tracking number becomes active. Once your package ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please note that tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear on the DHL website. You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your account under My Orders. you haven’t received tracking information within this timeframe, or if updates stop for several days, please [Contact Us], and our support team will assist you promptly.

Delivery Delays: While we strive to deliver all orders on time, unforeseen delays may occur due to factors beyond our control—such as severe weather, peak shipping volume, or operational issues within DHL or partner carriers. House of B is not responsible for delays caused by these external circumstances. Please note that orders cannot be canceled or refunded once they have been shipped due to carrier-related delays.

Peak Season Notice: During peak periods such as holidays, promotional events, or Black Friday, delivery times may take longer than usual. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.

Order Information

Required Information: To ensure smooth and timely delivery, please provide your full legal name, complete shipping address, and an active phone number when placing your order. Incomplete or inaccurate details may cause processing delays or temporary order holds until the information is verified.

Invalid Address: If the shipping address provided is invalid or cannot be processed, our Customer Service Team will contact you via the email address provided at checkout. Please respond within 14 days to confirm or update your details. If no response is received, or if the email address is incorrect and we are unable to reach you, your order may be canceled automatically and will need to be reordered.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address (including apartment number, building name, or unit details) to ensure successful delivery. If the information was entered incorrectly, please contact our Customer Service Team ASAP. Since we're in a different time zone, it may take some time to communicate with the local delivery service. For shipment updates or redirection after dispatch, please contact DHL Customer Service (1-800-275-8777) directly with your tracking number.

Delivery Restricted Areas

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO) due to a high risk of loss or return. Entering such addresses may cause delivery issues, and we are unable to offer compensation in these cases.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Once your package has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes to the products, address, or cancel the order.

Our fulfillment center processes orders swiftly, so we are generally unable to accommodate changes or cancellations once your order has been placed. Still, we encourage you to Contact Us ASAP with complete order details. We’ll do our best to assist you.

Missed Deliveries / Lost or Damaged Packages

Please stay attentive to calls or messages from the delivery carrier, as missed delivery attempts may result in delays or failed deliveries. If your package cannot be delivered for this reason, we regret that we are unable to offer reshipments or refunds.

House of B is not liable for any loss or damage once a package has been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided. However, if there is clear evidence that the loss or damage was caused by a carrier error, we will gladly assist you in filing a claim with the delivery service.
